First, my therapy approach is deeply human. When in session, it's just you and I talking. I'm listening for and directing all the clinical jargon behind the scenes, so you can rest assured you'll have a professional experience. 

 

But, for you, it's different. It's professional and safe, but not so clinical that you are afraid to say what's really on your mind. We will work together to create a space that you can show up fully yourself. No judgment. No lectures. No advice. No overemphasizing diagnoses and pathology.

 

Just deeply human work at your pace. 

 

Starting therapy can be uncomfortable. I give you a “come on in and let's talk about it" vibe, meeting each client where they are, helping them get where they're going, on their terms.
