The first session will last 45 minutes to give time for exploring the Client's goals, vision, and desired outcomes. A simple wellness assessment may be used to guide our discussion.
These sessions will be 30 minutes in length, giving time to check in on progress made and lessons learned since our last session. Our conversation will encourage exploration and planning to move Client another step forward toward his or her goal.
