"I work with mid-life adults facing preventable chronic conditions—not just to manage symptoms, but to help them rewrite the story of their health and create a better future. Coaching with me isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about finding personalized solutions and building sustainable habits that help you feel your best and live well for the long term. Today, most adults live with one or more chronic conditions—like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or obesity. Not long ago, I was one of them. I was significantly overweight, highly stressed, and relying on multiple “maintenance” prescriptions. I felt trapped in a health story I didn’t believe I could change. Then a series of startling new diagnoses became my wake-up call. I realized I didn’t want to settle for the status quo—I wanted to take control. Through learning, discovery, and consistent, sustainable changes, I lost weight, reversed my metabolic syndrome, and created a lifestyle that supports my well-being instead of undermining it. That transformation changed everything. It inspired me to become a health coach so I could support others on their own paths toward empowered, sustainable health. Working with me is a partnership. I walk alongside clients as an ally and a guide—helping you tap into your own motivation, define what "healthy" looks like for you, and build habits that truly last. You won’t get lectures or cookie-cutter advice. You’ll get a space to think, strategize, and take action—one step at a time.
