I am a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience and 10,000 personal training sessions serviced. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine and a Master’s of Science in Sports Administration. I was a former Collegiate Baseball player and Division 1 Baseball Coach, who transitioned into the realm of strength and conditioning, honing my skills at the Division 1 level, and shaping elite athletes to reach their peak performance.

 

I started the Carnivore Diet three years ago, and experienced a profound transformation, shedding 35 pounds and reversing long-term health issues such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, joint inflammation, chronic GI issues, and sleep disturbances. It has helped elevate mood and consistent energy levels. 

 

I am the author of the Carnivorous Cookbook, host of The Inner Carnivore Podcast, and founder/owner of the Savage Carnivore Company and Savage Carnivore Fitness, I am on a mission to empower others to reclaim their health and vitality through the principles of an Insulin Smart lifestyle.
