I’m a walking testament to how the Standard American Diet—what I call the "SAD"—can quietly wreak havoc on your health, and how Insulin IQ can turn it all around. For most of my life, I thought I was doing fine, relatively healthy. But over time, things started to slip. High blood pressure, sleep apnea, and crushing fatigue became my new normal.
