My name is Meckell (she/they) and my mission is to make wellness more accessible to black folx, queer, trans folx and other people who hold oppressed identities.​ ​For more than 15 years, my career in health education and then coaching has allowed me to support hundreds of people in reaching their wellness goals. During this journey, I’ve been able to unearth the connection between my profession as a wellness coach, my spiritual work as a healer, and my experience walking through the world as a queer, black person. What I've learned along the way is that many of us don't feel supported by the wellness industry. Healing has become a product of capitalism- available primarily to the privileged. One-size-fits-all messaging and tools have left many of us feeling overlooked. It is time for you to access the healing you deserve."
