My father lived with Parkinson’s disease, and watching him struggle—while conventional medicine offered little beyond minor symptom relief—left me feeling helpless. Back then, I knew nothing about Functional Medicine or the power we have over our health. It wasn’t until after his passing that I stumbled into this world, learning how lifestyle choices can shape our future, preventing or reversing mental health issues and cognitive decline.

 

That discovery changed everything. Neurological conditions are on the rise, but I realized we’re not just victims of our genes—we can fight back. Driven by my father’s memory, I immersed myself in uncovering tools like nutrition, movement, and stress management to protect my own health. Now, as a coach, I’m here to meet you where you are—focusing on what you want to achieve. Whether you’re frustrated with conventional medicine or determined to get back energy and enhance focus and cognition, I’ll walk alongside you, tailoring our work to what you feel ready to explore. Together, we’ll take steps toward the resilience and hope you’re seeking—on your terms.
