This is a 10-session package that includes: 1 Discovery Session: Getting to know you — exploring what motivates you, your vision of ideal health, and the steps you’re taking to achieve it. We’ll engage in creative brainstorming, set SMART Goals, assess your confidence, readiness, and the significance of your goals, and determine the best ways to support you. 8 Follow-Up Sessions: Goal Review—discussing your successes and challenges from the past week, refining your action plan, and delving deeper into your journey toward your goals. 1 Wrap-Up Session: Reflecting on the key insights you gained about yourself over the past three months.
