A closing written summary with your selected next steps for continued progress
We’ll begin with a 15-minute phone call to identify one or two current wellness priorities, discuss how written coaching will work, establish communication expectations, and select your first realistic action step.
Through secure written check-ins, you’ll share progress, challenges, and observations as you experiment with realistic strategies. You’ll receive personalized feedback and support in choosing manageable next steps.
We’ll review what is helping, identify barriers or changing circumstances, and adjust your approach as needed. The focus will remain on practical strategies that fit your priorities and current life.
At the end of the program, you’ll receive a written summary of your progress, the strategies that supported you, and the next steps you selected for continuing your progress.

Hi, I’m Kiahna, a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness coach (NBC-HWC) with a background in diabetes, weight management, and multiple sclerosis. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, which has given me a strong foundation for understanding health from both a scientific and practical perspective. I have had several different roles, in various settings, in healthcare over the years.
I love helping people discover what’s possible when they feel supported and empowered in their health journey. My approach is about creating sustainable habits that work with your life, not against it, so you can feel confident, balanced, and energized every day.
My personal experiences, both in and outside of healthcare, have shown me the importance of meeting people where they are. I bring empathy, encouragement, and practical tools to help my clients make meaningful changes that last. Whether your goals are big or small, I’m here to help you take the steps toward a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

The program begins with one 15-minute welcome phone call. Afterward, coaching takes place through Vibly’s secure messaging system for four weeks. I’ll initiate one written check-in each week, and you may initiate up to two additional check-ins each week.
Most of the program is completed through secure written messaging. One 15-minute welcome phone call is included at the beginning so we can clarify your priorities, review expectations, and establish your coaching focus.
This program provides focused accountability and feedback through written communication rather than recurring live calls. It is best for clients who prefer flexibility and have one or two defined priorities. A live coaching program provides more time for deeper exploration and ongoing conversation.
Messages receive a response within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Written Coaching Support is not a real-time or emergency messaging service.
You may send messages through Vibly whenever it is convenient for you. Each week includes one structured check-in initiated by me and up to two additional check-ins initiated by you. A check-in is an asynchronous conversation about one primary topic and may unfold over more than one business day. Each client-initiated check-in may include up to three messages from you and corresponding responses from me. Responses are provided within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This program does not include unlimited, continuous, or real-time messaging.
We can focus on one or two wellness priorities such as routines, nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep habits, self-care, accountability, or navigating a current wellness related change. Coaching does not include diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations.
No. Written Coaching Support may be booked as a standalone program or used for lighter accountability after completing another coaching program. If you are unsure whether it meets your needs, you may schedule a complimentary Discovery Call first.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when possible. A late cancellation or missed welcome call may be forfeited, but the four week written support period will remain available according to the original program dates.
A cancellation requested before the welcome call and before written coaching begins may qualify for a full refund. Once the welcome call has occurred or written coaching has begun, the program fee is nonrefundable because dedicated coaching access has been reserved.
Yes. The four-week program period begins when you enroll. Your welcome call should be scheduled during the first week, and all written coaching support must be used before the program expiration date. Unused check-ins do not roll over. If an unexpected hardship occurs, contact me before the expiration date to discuss whether a brief extension is appropriate.
