FAQs

Who do you work with?

Button

I work with women who are committed to their personal growth journey and are seeking greater balance, confidence, and resilience. They may be moms, professionals, business owners, or navigating seasons of transition — and they’re ready to prioritize their well-being without guilt. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, my approach meets you where you are and supports you in moving forward with intention.

How does health and wellness coaching differ from therapy?

Button

Health and wellness coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to help you clarify goals, build sustainable habits, and create meaningful change in your life. While we may explore thoughts and emotions that impact well-being, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or provide therapeutic interventions such as CBT, IFS, DBT or EMDR. If therapeutic support is needed, coaching can complement—rather than replace—work with a licensed mental health professional.

Do you provide medical nutrition therapy or nutrition counseling?

Button

While I am a registered and licensed dietitian in the State of Florida, coaching is different from medical nutrition therapy. I may use my nutrition training to support overall healthy lifestyle choices and discuss general, evidence-based nutrition strategies; however, sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. I do not prescribe supplements, order labs, or create meal plans.

How long is a coaching program, and what is the time commitment?

Button

I offer coaching in packages of 6 or 12 sessions. While the 6-session package is a great way to try coaching, most first-time clients benefit from 12 sessions, giving time to build momentum, practice new strategies, and see meaningful growth. The 12-session package is also offered at a discounted rate. Most clients start with weekly sessions to stay consistent and keep progress moving. The first session is 1 hour, and follow-ups are 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

What if I want to continue working with you after completing the initial package?

Button

You can always purchase an additional full package to maintain your preferred coaching frequency, or add sessions on a one-time or as-needed basis to keep building on your foundation without committing to another full package.

What kind of support do you offer between sessions?

Button

I often provide homework—reflections, exercises, or tools designed to help you practice new ways of showing up, build self-awareness, and strengthen the skills we explore together. My clients also have access to a variety of free resources, offered as available, tailored to their focus areas, to give extra support between sessions.

How do I get started?

Button

Start by reaching out for a discovery conversation—a welcoming space to connect, share where you are, and begin imagining the next steps toward the life you want to create.
