8- 30 minute sessions that are held biweekly.

Simple tools and resources → Easy worksheets, reflection prompts, or tips customized to your goals.

Clients will receive one light weekly check-in between sessions to support accountability and progress.

How long are the sessions?

Each coaching session lasts 30 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or every other week — whatever works best for your schedule.

How do we meet?

Sessions are held virtually on Google Meet. You’ll receive a link before each session, and you can join from the comfort of your home.

Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?

Button

Not much! Before your first session, I’ll send a short welcome form with a few questions about your goals and lifestyle. This helps me personalize your experience from day one.

What if I miss a session?

No problem! Life happens. You can reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll find a time that works for you.

What happens after the 8 sessions?

At the end of your package, you can choose to continue with another 8-session round, move to another package, or pay-as-you-go sessions.

Is this program right for me if I’m not sure where to start?
