And at the same time, any adults and seniors who are in need of making lifestyle changes that would benefit their overall health and wellness; stress is relative and impacts all our health biomarkers, so anyone in need of guidance would benefit from this program.

1. Health Assessment and Wellness Vision

<p><strong>You’ll gain full access to my health &amp; wellness coaching management portal, Vibly, to chat with me between sessions, and track your progress.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>In our first 1:1 session, we’ll review your Health Assessment. I will invite you to begin exploration and discovery of your authentic values, strengths, and vision; including a Wellness Vision of your future self. I’ll partner with you to begin understanding what the larger focus priorities are that will help guide you toward your future best self. You’ll gain a better sense of focus and clarity about where you want to go as you journey through the program.</strong></p>

2. Self-Determined Goal Setting

<p><strong>During our weekly 1:1 sessions, we’ll renew focus for your self-determined goals; small steps that can lead to larger goals. We’ll address how obstacles and self-talk as well as support systems can impact progress toward your goals and Wellness Vision. You’ll be awakened to your strengths, skills, and ways in which your mindset and mindfulness offer vitality to your progress.</strong></p>

3. Continued SMART Goals and Accountability. Nurturing Focus, Clarity, and Balance

<p><strong>With my continued partnership and guidance, you’ll define and create your calm mindset rooted in self-determined SMART(specific, manageable, attainable, and time-bound) goals; check-ins; accountability; apply your goals with the help of science-backed information; and begin to clearly identify tools and support systems that help nurture sustainable lifestyle changes. You’ll access more focus, clarity, and balance about the ways in which you have all you need inside yourself in order to achieve your best self, and navigate obstacles.</strong></p>

How is Health & Wellness Coaching different from therapy?

Button

Therapists are licensed to diagnose, treat, and prescribe related to mental disorders. Health & Wellness Coaches, however, partner with clients who are not in serious mental distress. They help them build their future personal and professional selves through support, guidance, and offering science-backed information that nurtures lifestyle changes: self-determined goal-setting, actions, accountability, and adhering to a deep respect for client autonomy.

How do sessions work?

45-minute sessions either through virtual video GOOGLE MEET conferencing, or via phone. Coach utilizes Vibly, an all-inclusive coaching platform that adheres to 100% client privacy/confidentiality. *Note: Although Vibly account registration is required for secure access to notes, forms, and documentation, Vibly allows clients to schedule sessions and make payments without creating an account. And clients can always register later if desired.

How many sessions are needed for optimal lifestyle/behavioral change?

Science/research supports that 3-months (12 sessions) is the ideal time it takes to make sustainable behavior change. *Note: after 3-months (12 sessions) of an active coaching program, clients have ideally developed the strategies, skills, accountability in order to then pursue single sessions toward continued progress.

What is your Privacy & Confidentiality Policy?

Coach engages within their Scope of Practice and Competencies as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and pledges a 100% commitment to confidentiality in accordance with the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Code of Ethics. Client’s personal information and details of their sessions will remain private, unless otherwise given written consent by Client.

What are your fees/payment policies?

Total fee: Founders Launch Special Pricing for new clients who sign up for a consultation between October 20, 2025 to November 3, 2025. If client decides to book program after consultation then fee will be honored at $720 paid in full or $240/month for 3 months **This pricing is 40% off regular pricing $1200 (12 sessions @ $100/session). *$1200 paid in full or $400/month for 3 months* Fees/payments are made by credit/debit/ACH through Stripe. Insurance is not accepted, as health & wellness coaching—like other services such as personal/fitness/yoga training—is not a licensed profession. Fees are negotiable, on a case-by-case basis, for clients with financial hardship.
