Together, we’ll explore your health and fitness background, current habits, and any specific needs or limitations. This session allows us to clarify your short- and long-term goals, identify what matters most to you, and determine the best path forward. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how personal training and nutrition coaching can support you, and we’ll ensure the program we build is tailored to your unique journey.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p>

<p>A 1-on-1 nutrition coaching session is a personalized, collaborative experience designed to help you build a sustainable and confident relationship with food. During this session, we take a deep dive into your current eating habits, daily routines, preferences, and any challenges you’ve been facing—whether it’s energy dips, cravings, inconsistent meals, emotional eating, or navigating busy schedules.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p>Together, we identify or re-evaluate your goals and clarify what’s most important to you, whether that’s improving body composition, supporting hormonal balance, boosting performance, or simply feeling better day-to-day. From there, we create realistic, actionable strategies tailored to your lifestyle—not rigid meal plans or one-size-fits-all rules.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p>You’ll leave the session with clear guidance on how to structure meals, balance macronutrients, optimize protein intake, and support metabolism and recovery. We’ll also cover how to build habits that last, track progress without obsession, and maintain flexibility while still moving toward your goals.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p>Each session is supportive, judgment-free, and designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and tools you need to fuel your body consistently and intentionally—now and for the long term.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
