"Hi, I’m Faye (she/her). Nice to meet you! 🇵🇭 I’m Filipina-American and based in LA with my husband and fur baby, Nuna. ✨ I’m a highly sensitive extrovert who loves being around people as much as I love alone time. 🧠 I'm a Certified Mental Health & Wellness Coach. My journey into mental health started in 2019 when my anxiety was at an all-time high, I was constantly overwhelmed, and I felt stuck. Suspecting for years that I was wired differently, I stumbled upon the highly sensitive trait and finally found the clarity I was looking for. For the next 2 years, I worked with a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) therapist to heal, reset, and create a life tailored to my sensitivity instead of what I told myself was "normal". It filled my cup so much that I discovered I had the desire and capacity to help others do the same. My mental health experience includes 100 hours as a volunteer Crisis Counselor for the Crisis Text Line and 6 months of training in the Headspace-Mental Health Coaching Program (NBHWC-approved). My coaching style is patient, curious, and intuitive. If you’re an HSP, creative, or a big feeler who has hit their limit, I’m here to help. What is a HSP?

HSP stands for Highly Sensitive Person, a term coined by Dr. Elaine Aron. HSPs are high in a personality trait known as sensory-processing sensitivity (SPS). Those with high levels of SPS display increased emotional sensitivity, stronger reactivity to both external and internal stimuli—pain, hunger, light, and noise—and a rich inner life. How much is a coaching session?

Every coaching session is $100 for 50 minutes, with your first session free.

How is a coaching session different from a therapy session?

As a coach, it is not in my scope of practice to diagnose, prescribe, or dive deep into trauma with clients, so a coaching session is different from a therapy session in that it will not include those things. If you find that that is the support you need, I'm happy to refer you to a therapist. What we will do is take time to understand where you are today, where you'd like to go, and how to use the resources and strengths that you already possess to create meaningful, sustainable change.
