"It is an honor to walk alongside you in this part of your wellness journey. As a Health and Wellness Coach, I believe your inner wisdom and your inner healer knows you and your life best and what is best for you. Oftentimes the curveballs life throws at you, whether it be work, parenting, family, resources, time, expectations, natural disasters--you name it!--obscures that wisdom, and it's helpful to have some support bringing your wisdom, values, and vision for yourself back to the forefront! Can I book multiple sessions at one time?

Yes. You can book as many as is available in my calendar.

Can my partner/family member/friend attend session with me?

Button

Yes, but if you book the session, then I will consider you my client and focus mainly on you. I consider other folks in the session as additional ways to understand you and what may support you in moving toward your goals.

I blocked out a certain about of time, but came late/left early. Can you only bill for that time?

In a perfect world, I wouldn't bill at all! Unfortunately, since session times block other clients from scheduling in and I am using that time to be with you, I have to charge the full rate. I am human though! If you have an emergency please let me know prior/post the event and we can work out a reschedule.

I am struggling with mental health issues. I can't find a therapist. Can you help me?

It is unethical and a disservice to both of us for me to support you as a mental health provider. The good news is that there is a mind-body connection and many lifestyle habits such as healthy eating, movement, and proper sleep can help. Stress management skills such as communication skills or habits that build connection, introspection, balance, compassion, and aligning one's actions with values will also support mental wellness. I can help with that.

I have a medical issue--can you advise me on it?

I defer all medical questions to your medical providers. However, I am qualified to support you in discovering what actions are workable for you to support the health issues that you and your medical provider(s) are focusing on (restrictive diet, GLP-1 side effects, diabetes symptoms, menopause symptoms, quitting nicotine, PCOS symptoms, etc).
