Since I was a teenager I heard physicians dismiss my symptoms and pass me off to specialists when they didn't have a clear direction to point me in with my health “anomalies.” I never found real answers. By the time I was 26, I'd lost trust in our traditional medical system after they told me things like, I was “too in touch with my body” and “true diagnostic symptoms don't surface until women are in their late 30s.” This drove me mad: Why would I want to wait until my symptoms escalate to do something about them? Not a single physician I saw recommended diet change, lifestyle habits, or anything holistic. I did try a few recommended prescriptions unsuccessfully though.
I decided that wasn't going to be my story anymore. And my goal became to prevent others from living that cycle as well. People with autoimmune disorders typically see an average of 4 different doctors over the course of 4.5 years before receiving a diagnosis. What if we can do better?
While I won't be diagnosing anything medical, I do perform a thorough analysis of your lifestyle and health history alongside lab results to create a personalized health plan for you to finally find relief. Let's cut out the guesswork of drug store supplements and herbal remedies from influencers. The key is to name and replenish your body's vital voids and support the functions that are a little off kilter to find your way back to health.
You've been searching for answers everywhere outside of yourself. Let's connect so together we can bring the focus back to you. Your symptoms, your lab results, and your wellbeing. Your body wants to heal, it just needs a little guidance to get there, and I am honored you're choosing me to walk this path alongside you.
In 2022 I received my bachelor of science degree in health science, emphasis in healthy lifestyles and fitness sciences, becoming a health and wellness coach, from Arizona State University. Now in 2026 I'm completing my certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner to broaden my services from behavioral change coaching to functional health coaching. Both coaching paths will be available dependent upon a client's needs.
