I’m Steph, a board-certified health coach specializing in helping women navigate the transformative stages of menopause. But here's the deal I’m not just a health coach, I’m living proof of what’s possible when you choose to take your life back.
As a two-time cancer survivor, former powerlifter, and mother later in life who raised children while earning two degrees, I’ve faced more than my fair share of challenges and I’ve come out stronger every time. I’ve personally lost over 150 pounds and kept it off, not through quick fixes, but through building sustainable, healthy habits that support me to this day.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause, without relying heavily on medication, choosing instead to build a lifestyle rooted in movement, nourishment, sleep, and stress management. I know firsthand what it takes to reclaim your health when the odds are stacked against you. Now, I help other women do the same.
My passion lies in guiding women, especially those going through life transitions, to discover their personal definition of health, reconnect with their bodies, and build confidence in their ability to thrive.
