Hi, I’m Racheal Patrolia—a Mayo Clinic–trained, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s degree in Education and a deep personal understanding of chronic illness.

 

I specialize in supporting individuals with conditions like POTS, MCAS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Long COVID. My coaching is rooted in lived experience: I’ve been the teen learning from the couch during POTS flares, the adult navigating full-time work while managing unpredictable symptoms, and the patient who could only tolerate water during MCAS episodes. At one point, I needed IV Benadryl just to eat. Thanks to treatments like Xolair and a simplified lifestyle, I’ve reclaimed much of my health—and I’m here to help you do the same.

 

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe you are the expert on your own body. Coaching isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you build a life that works for you. Together, we’ll explore your goals, routines, care team, and environment to create sustainable changes that honor your energy and values.

 

I’ve worked as a classroom teacher, advocate, and entrepreneur, and I bring all of that experience into my coaching. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in the trenches, or just ready to make small shifts, I offer a space where your story is heard and your goals are respected.

 

This work is personal to me. I know how hard it is to live with invisible conditions, to navigate medical systems, and to feel like no one quite gets it. That’s why I’ve built Navigating the Diagnosis—to offer support that’s informed, inclusive, and empowering.
