What if I miss a week or fall behind?

That's perfectly okay and completely normal! Life happens. The online lessons are available on-demand, so you can catch up at your own pace. More importantly, if you find yourself falling behind or struggling, that's the perfect time to connect with me in our coaching sessions. These sessions are specifically designed for us to work through any obstacles, adjust your plan to better fit your real life, and help you regain momentum. Don't hesitate to come to our calls even if you feel you've not made any progress – your coaching time is there to support you through challenges, not just triumphs!

Do I need to watch the lessons before each coaching session?

Yes, it's recommended and will allow you to get the most out of our time together! Completing the weekly lessons before your coaching session means we can use our valuable one-on-one time to dive deeper into your specific questions, apply the content directly to your life and challenges, troubleshoot any obstacles, and ensure you move forward with maximum clarity. However, if life happens and you haven't managed to get through everything, please still come to our call! We can use the session to prioritize, tackle immediate hurdles, and plan how to catch up in a way that truly supports you.
