In the first three days of the program, we follow a simple rule: Just eat normally. No changes. No judgment. No stress. This is your baseline period, where we let the CGM gather data on how your current food choices, meal timing, sleep, stress, and activity affect your glucose levels. It’s about observing, not fixing. This phase gives us valuable insight into: How your body responds to your typical meals Where blood sugar spikes or dips are happening Which habits may be helping or hurting your metabolism You’ll still use the app to log meals, upload CGM data, and receive basic prompts—but there’s no pressure to eat “perfectly.” We’re simply watching your body’s patterns in real time, so that when we start making changes on Day 4, they’re based on you—not guesswork. Think of it as metabolic truth-finding—and it’s the foundation for everything we’ll optimize from here.

2. Days 4-14... Targeted, Personalized Interventions

Days 4–14: Targeted Adjustments for Glucose Stability After establishing your baseline, Days 4–14 are where the real transformation begins. Now that we understand how your body responds to food, we start making targeted adjustments to improve glucose stability, reduce insulin spikes, and support fat-burning.
