15 years experience
I am a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with over 15 years of experience in corporate wellness coaching. I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life in making sustainable health and lifestyle changes.
I’m also a working mom of three boys — so I deeply understand the reality of full schedules, shifting priorities, and the mental load that comes with modern life. My coaching blends professional expertise with lived experience, compassion, and practicality.
"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
That’s completely okay. Most clients start with “I just don’t feel my best.” We use the first sessions to clarify priorities and define what wellness looks like in this season of your life.
You’re human. Falling off track is part of behavior change. This program is built around recalibrating, not restarting. We adjust and move forward — without shame.
I provide guidance, structure, and accountability — not rigid meal plans or fitness prescriptions. If specialized plans are needed, I may recommend collaboration with a dietitian, personal trainer, or medical provider.
Wellness coaching focuses on present and future goals — building habits, improving energy, managing stress, and creating sustainable routines. Therapy often explores past experiences and treats mental health conditions. Coaching is action-oriented and forward-focused. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll always encourage the appropriate referral.
You’ll leave with systems and tools to maintain progress independently. Many clients feel confident continuing on their own. Optional maintenance sessions are available if desired.
Wellness coaching is typically not covered by insurance. Some clients may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA/FSA accounts depending on their plan. Let me know if your plan provides reimbursement for coaching and I would be happy to provide required information.
Results vary, but most clients experience: Improved energy and stress awareness More consistent routines Increased self-trust Reduced overwhelm around wellness decisions Clearer boundaries around work and personal time
This program may not be a fit for individuals seeking crisis support, active treatment for eating disorders, or intensive mental health care. In those cases, I’m happy to help you find the right support.
