Program structure

1. Full Discovery Session

<p>This is where we dig deep into the past, present, and future, and what the desired direction of coaching is. &nbsp;This is the time to ask questions, go over health history, learn more about coaching, and get acquainted with the coach. This will help set the stage for the remainder of the sessions.</p>

2. Regular Sessions

<p>After the discovery calls, we will have 6 biweekly sessions to last approximately three months. We will set actionable steps to help reach the client-directed goals. &nbsp;Each session goes over the progress thus far, steps to move forward, any education, encouragement, and resources needed, and an action plan for the client at the end of the session. &nbsp;</p>

3. Final Session

<p>The sixth and final regular session will act as a reflection of the progress and the next steps for the client. &nbsp;The goal is to learn the steps needed to continue progress after coaching has completed.</p>
