This is where we dig deep into the past, present, and future, and what the desired direction of coaching is. This is the time to ask questions, go over health history, learn more about coaching, and get acquainted with the coach. This will help set the stage for the remainder of the sessions.
After the discovery calls, we will have 6 biweekly sessions to last approximately three months. We will set actionable steps to help reach the client-directed goals. Each session goes over the progress thus far, steps to move forward, any education, encouragement, and resources needed, and an action plan for the client at the end of the session.
The sixth and final regular session will act as a reflection of the progress and the next steps for the client. The goal is to learn the steps needed to continue progress after coaching has completed.

5 years experience
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel exhausted, chronically ill, burned out, and at a loss for where to turn next. After years without answers and finnaly being diagnosed with PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and Sleep Apnea, and experiencing years of burnout, I turned to both science and holistic practices to rebuild my health. Through lifestyle changes, stress reduction, and hormone balance, I was able to reclaim my energy and create the foundation I now share with my clients.
My professional path has been just as varied as my personal journey. I hold a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology and an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management. I have also had many trainings and certifications, like my Yoga Teaching Certification, for example. I’ve worked as a behavioral health coach, mental health consultant, yoga teacher, and mindfulness instructor, while also spending years in finance and investigations. These roles taught me how to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help people make empowered decisions in stressful times.
Today, I bring all of that experience into my work as a board-certified health and wellness coach. My approach blends evidence-based tools with holistic practices to support people in overcoming burnout, balancing hormones, making life changes, and building sustainable self-care routines. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel both understood and guided toward lasting change.
