1. How The Program Works

<p>This program runs for three months, and you can schedule up to ten private coaching sessions during that time. Most clients choose to meet every other week, but the timing is flexible — you decide what works best for your schedule.</p><p>Each session lasts about 45 minutes and is held via Google Meets.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>During our sessions, we will work together to create SMART goals — goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound — designed to fit your lifestyle. You’ll leave each session with a clear action step that youchoose for yourself.</p><p><br>In our final sessions, we’ll review your journey, highlight the growth you’ve made, and create a plan to support your continued success.</p>
