Review of health intake form. Will provide lifestyle assessments and scaling questions each visit to evaluate progress and discuss any barriers.
Overview of current diet, mindful eating, portion control, what to focus on, conquering cravings, menu planning for success. Topics covered may also include managing specific dietary concerns related to a medical condition per your physician orders.
Sleep status and sleep hygiene review if warranted. Provide resources for help with sleep concerns.
Overview of physical activity with short and long term goal setting if movement is currently not part of lifestyle. Resources provided.
Evaluation of stress and how it affects well-being for you. Will focus on cognitive behavioral coaching to help shift your mindset and reduce the stress response.
Review what self care is, provide resources and share tools to create a self care plan that supports you. Will focus on self compassion skills, setting boundaries and moving past guilt.
