During this session, we will build the foundation for our coaching relationship. We will briefly review any assessments and talk about what take aways you had from them. We will then discuss your vision for wellness and what that looks like. We will also dive into your values, what is important to you, and what motivates you. Long term goals will be established as well as reflection on past successes and strengths. If time warrants, we might establish an action step towards your goal.
During these sessions, we will check in on any goals or action steps that you have and any take aways that you have obtained. You will then set the focus for the session. We will continue to discuss any changes that you would like to make, how they impact your bigger vision for wellness, and how that ties into your values. We will continue to build momentum towards lasting behavior change.

Hi! I'm a board certified health and wellness coach who is passionate about helping others create a more balanced, intentional life—one small habit at a time. Like many, I used to feel constantly overwhelmed—juggling work, responsibilities, and never quite finding time for myself. Over the years, I’ve learned how to manage stress, take control of my time, and prioritize self-care without guilt. What made the difference? Letting go of perfection and focusing on small, sustainable habits that actually stick.
In August 2021, I completed MindBodyGreen's Functional Nutrition Health Coach program which leaned very heavily into how food can act as medicine in our bodies. To compliment that, I completed their Certified Health Coach program in 2023. In July 2025, I passed the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC)
Now, I support others in creating behavior change—building routines that work in real life, building resilience, and making space for the things that truly matter.
