1. Session 1 (45 mins)

<p>During this session, we will build the foundation for our coaching relationship. &nbsp;We will briefly review any assessments and talk about what take aways you had from them. &nbsp;We will then discuss your vision for wellness and what that looks like. &nbsp;We will also dive into your values, what is important to you, and what motivates you. &nbsp;Long term goals will be established as well as reflection on past successes and strengths. &nbsp;If time warrants, we might establish an action step towards your goal. &nbsp;</p>

2. Session 2-4 (30 mins)

<p>During these sessions, we will check in on any goals or action steps that you have and any take aways that you have obtained. &nbsp;You will then set the focus for the session. &nbsp;We will continue to discuss any changes that you would like to make, how they impact your bigger vision for wellness, and how that ties into your values. &nbsp;We will continue to build momentum towards lasting behavior change. &nbsp;</p>
