What you'll achieve

We will create your customized nutritional blueprint based on your vision and health goals

You will learn how to detoxify and cleanse with food to increase energy and loose weight

Increase gut health to repair body, decrease symptoms and loose weight

Manage your weight by incorporating portions, nutrient density and macronutrients

Learn how to manage triggers and manage cravings

We will dive into sleep, stress, exercise and hydration. All part of optimizing your health.

You will realize all the wonderful foods you can eat and how this is not a diet

What's included

Week 1 is 75 minute session. Comprehensive intake session and goal setting

Week 2 is a 60 minute session

Week 4 and 5 are 50 minute sessions

You will receive 6 cleanses with recipes and shopping lists

2. Meal Preparation and Planning

We will dive into meal preparation and planning. Grocery store planning and eating. In the kitchen, preparing meals. You will learn how to balance each meal with protein, carbs, fats, and fiber.

3. Food Journal

I'll guide you in maintaining a detailed record of your meals, snacks, sleep patterns, exercise routines, and hydration levels.

4. Review, make changes, celebrate

When we meet we talk about what is working, what is not working, and make tweaks along the way.
