How is this session different from the 30-minute mini session?

The mini session is a quick, focused conversation that helps you pick one small goal and take your first step, or check-in on a previously established goal. This 50-minute session is more in-depth. We’ll explore your values, assess your habits, and create a detailed action plan so you can make meaningful, lasting change.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Just bring an open mind and a willingness to talk honestly about your habits and goals. If you already know what area you want to focus on (like sleep, stress, nutrition, or movement), that’s helpful but not required.

Is this the same as working with a doctor, dietitian, or therapist?

No, health and wellness coaching is not medical or mental health treatment. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Instead, I help you build motivation, set achievable goals, implement recommendations from your physicians, and create a plan you can stick to.

Will I get a recording or notes from the session?

After your session, I’ll send you a short summary email with your goal, action steps, and accountability plan so you can stay on track.
