That’s why I shifted my focus from prescriptions to people.
I now work as a health and wellness coach, partnering with individuals who are ready to create real, lasting change. I bring medical expertise, mental health coaching certification, and most importantly — deep empathy for how hard change can be. Because let’s be honest: if changing habits were easy, we’d all be doing yoga at sunrise and drinking kale for fun.
I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their well-being — not through shame or perfectionism, but through the right kind of support, strategy, and a little humor along the way.
As a lifelong creative on the side (think illustrations, writing, comics), I have a soft spot for artists and creators. I’ve seen too many brilliant minds wrestle mental health struggles. I'm currently in a mental health coaching program to help fellow creatives break free from those patterns and reconnect with the energy behind their art.
