This session will be one hour. We will discuss your health history, what you would like to accomplish, and what have you tried in the past. I will describe what Health Coaching is, and my background and experience.
After the Introductory session, if you are ready to sign up for the 5 Session package, we will schedule 30 minute sessions via phone or google meet to develop personalized plans based on your needs, health history and preferences.

In traditional medical settings, the Provider is the expert and "PRESCRIBES" treatments. In health coaching, the client is the expert on their own life, and the coach guides them in setting and reaching their goals.
Health coaches can help with: Manage chronic health conditions: Autoimmune, High blood pressure, obesity Eating habits/nutrition Helping you implement a new eating plan (example Mediterranean, Autoimmune, Heart healthy) Helping you incorporate lifestyle changes prescribed by your doctor. While not required, it does increase credibility. Coaches who have completed a course approved by the NBCHWC are eligible to sit for the National Board exam and receive the credential NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health And Wellness Coach).
