Clients will be provided with support to achieve self-directed life changes that align with their own values and goals.
My ideal client is anyone who is ready to make changes or achieve new goals in their health and wellness. As a holistic minded coach, I believe that many factors affect our well-being. These factors include our physcial health, our mental health, our relationships with others and our spiritual health. I'm interested in supporting my clients in a truly holistic manner that encompasses their whole body.
Relevant resources will be provided along with access to 24/7 communication via a private, secure app to chat with the health coach. Follow up emails with session notes and resources will be provided.
<p>Week 1: We will review your health and wellness history, identify concerns or issues that you may have, and discuss your big picture wellness goals.</p><p> </p><p>Week 2: We will talk in more detail about specific health goals that you want to achieve, and we will break down these goals into small action steps.</p><p> </p><p>Week 3: We will check in and see how the action steps are going and what adjustments may need to be made to accomplish your goals.</p><p> </p><p>Week 4: This will be another check-in to see what progress has been made, what additional support is needed, and what changes may need to be made to get closer to reaching your goals.</p><p> </p><p>Week 5: In our last session together, we will review where you are in your journey to reach your goals. We will make any adjustments needed, and will prepare you for maintaining your desired end state.</p><p> </p><p>After the program, you will have the option to add self-scheduled sessions for further goal setting/accountability. </p>
