Before we begin, you'll complete a thorough assessment to understand your health history, lifestyle habits, and current wellness goals. We'll establish a baseline for key areas such as energy levels, stress, physical activity, and nutrition.
Over the course of six months, we will have one call each month. Each 60-minute session will be personalized to your needs and goals. We'll review progress, set goals and develop a strategy, problem solve, and implement health education guidance.
Every two weeks, you’ll receive a check-in to keep you accountable, motivated, and focused. This could be in the form of a text or email, where you'll share updates on your progress, ask questions, or discuss any challenges you’re facing.
