Before - onboarding documents are provided in addition to pre-session assessments to make the most of our time together during session. During - we will meet 1:1 weekly. Each week we will have progress or we will make change. After -option to renew.

Officially, I am a Certified Personal Coach and I coach individuals through life transitions with a focus in health and wellness. Alongside my near 20 years of coaching experience in a variety of niches I have spent a lifetime studying, experiencing, and actively promoting the advantages of a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. I believe this is the strongest foundation to achieving success in all other areas of life transitions. If you want to achieve more or become better in areas such as physical and mental health, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, productivity, and time management, learning to understand and accept that elements of failure and loss of identity are almost unpreventable and using this knowledge with the right tools will fuel you forwards with confidence from contemplation into action. Remember, there can only be solutions if there are problems to solve. And also, it's ok, to not have all the answers. Which brings me to my core belief. Progress. Progression through fear. Progression through failure. Progression through doubt. Understanding that progress is not linear. And if you continue to progress, while the line may not be linear you will get to your goal.
