1. 90 Day Program Structure

Clients in this program receive weekly coaching video sessions with me along with weekly lessons through Insulin IQ. Clients will have always available messaging access to me through the OPTIMIZE App along with detailed fitness and nutrition planning every step of the way.

2. CGM Data Analysis

We will utilize CGM's in the first couple weeks of this program and again at the end of the program. This allows the client to see how their body is responding to foods at the beginning, and then see the changes weeks later after we have made strategic changes. In the periods of CGM usage, the client will have daily interaction with me as we discuss the trends we see in the graphs and make targeted interventions to assist in managing glucose and insulin levels.
