"

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), my coaching approach is rooted in the understanding that who we are today is shaped long before we ever make a “choice” about health. Our bodies carry stories from our earliest days—some beginning even in our mother’s womb—and these stories blend with our lived experience, our nervous systems, our relationships, and the expectations placed on us as women.

When I partner with a woman navigating Type 2 Diabetes, we’re not just looking at her habits or goals. Together, we’re sensing the whole ecosystem of her life—her biology–chemistry, identity, energy, lineage, patterns of over-giving or shrinking, her brilliance, and the ways she has learned to survive.

My work weaves together the scientific lens of Functional Medicine with the body-oriented coaching I’m cultivating through The Somatic School’s ICF-accredited diploma. This means we explore how physiology, stress patterns, environment, and emotion shape one another—and how safety, presence, and awareness create the real foundation for change. It’s a way of coaching that listens not just to your words, but to how your body speaks beneath them.

This is intertwined with the Woman-Centered coaching wisdom of Dr. Claire Zammit, which brings into view the hidden barriers many women carry: over-responsibility, taking on too much, fear of being “too much,” or the belief that their needs should come last. Rather than pushing for new behavior, we explore the identity-level patterns underneath what’s not working, so new possibilities can emerge from within you.

The Energy Codes® teachings from Dr. Sue Morter deepen this work through breath, grounding, and subtle embodiment. Here, you reconnect with the part of you that has always been whole, steady, and capable, returning to the central channel of your being—where clarity and vitality arise naturally, without force.

Through Quantum Human Design™, as taught by Dr. Karen Curry Parker, we explore your unique energetic blueprint—your natural strengths, sensitivities, decision-making pathways, and wiring. Instead of trying to become someone else, you begin to move through the world in alignment with your true Design.

When these threads come together, coaching becomes something deeper than lifestyle change. It becomes a return—a coming home to your body, your energy, your identity, and your truth.

This is the partnership I offer:
A grounded, compassionate space where your biology-chemistry, story, energy, and Design are all welcomed and integrated. A place where you can create steady, sustainable rhythms and live with vitality, joy, and the full permission to be human in all your seasons.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Is this medical care for Type 2 Diabetes?

Button

No. This is coaching services, not a medical or nursing care or other healthcare services. You manage your chronic illness with your healthcare team. I don’t diagnose, treat, or manage Type 2 Diabetes. I partner with you to explore supportive ways of living with your Type 2 Diabetes and finding rhythms that feel sustainable for you.

What can I expect in the one month of partnership?

Button

Our Discovery Call helps you choose an overall intention for the month. In each session, you decide what outcome matters most that day. We move at your mind–body pace: two sessions in the first two weeks, an integration week, and a final session in week four for reflection, celebration, and clarity on your next step — whether that’s continuing with me or connecting you to supportive resources.

What tools or approaches do you use?

Button

I offer a gentle blend of approaches, and you choose what feels right for you: • Body-oriented coaching — from The Somatic School — to help you notice what your body is telling you and create more steadiness and presence. • Human Design–informed insights — inspired by Dr. Karen Curry Parker — to understand your natural energy, decision-making style, and how you operate best. • Energy Codes® practices — from Dr. Sue Morter — supporting awareness of how you manage your energy, including simple breath, grounding, and visualization practices. • Woman-Centered identity work — created by Dr. Claire Zammit — to uncover and shift the hidden identity patterns or cultural barriers many women carry. • PQ (Positive Intelligence) — created by Shirzad Chamine — to help you recognize the saboteur thoughts that hold you back and strengthen the inner Sage powers that support clarity and resilience. We explore only the tools that feel supportive to you in each session.

How much time do I need to commit?

Button

Three 45–60 minute private sessions during the month, plus a few minutes a day for simple mind–body practices — only if they feel supportive.

What happens after the one-month partnership?

Button

We use the final session to reflect, celebrate, and sense what’s next for you. You’ll have a clear next step — whether that’s continuing together or using supportive resources on your own.
