My journey into this work has been shaped by personal experience—navigating genetically high cholesterol, caring for my father through multiple health challenges, and committing to a plant-based lifestyle. These moments deepened my understanding of how important it is to make intentional, informed choices that support both our health and our lives.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and functional nutrition student, I understand the unique transitions women face—especially in seasons like perimenopause and post-menopause. But more than that, I understand what it feels like when something within you begins to shift.
My Christian faith is at the foundation of how I live and how I coach. I believe that true wellness is a God-given gift—and that we are called to care for ourselves in a way that honors both our bodies and our lives. My approach is rooted in compassion, encouragement, and helping you renew your mind so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

That’s completely okay. This is a supportive and non-judgmental space, and you are always welcome to participate at your own comfort level. There is never any pressure to share. Many women find that simply listening at first helps them feel more at ease, and over time, sharing often happens naturally
Life happens, and flexibility is important. While attending live sessions is encouraged for the full experience, you’ll still be able to continue moving forward through the weekly themes and “soul work.” Each session builds on the last, but you’ll always be supported in staying connected to the process
This is a coaching experience, not therapy or counseling. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take aligned action. While this space can feel deeply supportive and reflective, it is not a substitute for mental health counseling or therapy.
You don’t need to have the right words. Part of this process is helping you gain clarity around what you’re feeling and experiencing. Through guided questions, reflection, and coaching, you’ll begin to make sense of what may feel unclear right now. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin—just a willingness to show up.
