Meet Sim – The Bodyworker. The Health Builder.
Sim is a qualified health practitioner with over 25 years of experience in holistic health, bodywork, and metabolic coaching. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences: Therapeutic Bodywork and began her career with hands-on therapies including massage, reflexology, and structural bodywork. Her early work focused on helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies.
After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and experiencing her own burnout, Sim took a deep dive into nutritional science and metabolic health. She transformed her health through a low-carb, real food approach, which sparked a new direction in her professional work.
In 2017, Sim became a Health Coach for the NHS National Diabetes Prevention Programme, training with Xpert Health (Dr. Trudi Deakin). She has since qualified as a Nutrition Network Advisor (Professor Tim Noakes) and an InsulinIQ Certified Coach (Dr Ben Bikman & Co), specialising in blood sugar regulation, insulin resistance, and long-term metabolic health.
