1. Session 1 (60 minutes): Discovery and Assessment

2. Sessions 2 through 5 (45 minutes each)

My father lived with Parkinson’s disease, and watching him struggle—while conventional medicine offered little beyond minor symptom relief—left me feeling helpless. Back then, I knew nothing about Functional Medicine or the power we have over our health. It wasn’t until after his passing that I stumbled into this world, learning how lifestyle choices can shape our future, preventing or reversing mental health issues and cognitive decline.

Driven by my father’s memory, I immersed myself in uncovering tools like nutrition, movement, and stress management to protect my own health.
