Program structure

How long does the bundle take?

Most clients complete it in 6–10 weeks (weekly or bi-weekly). We’ll choose a rhythm that supports you.

What if I need to pause?

No problem. We can pause for a few weeks if life happens and your remaining sessions will be waiting.

What’s the price?

Button

The bundle is offered at a discounted rate versus booking singles. You’ll see the current rate at checkout. (You also get light support between sessions.)

Refunds?

Yes. Unused sessions are refundable pro-rata. Completed sessions aren’t refundable.

Rescheduling?

Button

Please give 24+ hours’ notice and we’ll find a new time. Late cancellations count as used.

What if I don’t have clear goals yet?

Totally fine. Most clients don’t. We start with the 5-step Adrift Toolkit: Name the Shift → Close the Chapter → Travel Lighter → Test Small → One Sure Step. As clarity emerges, we add more structure.

What happens between sessions?

You’ll receive a short recap and one clear action (“One Sure Step”). You can send a quick voice/text check-in if you need support.

Is this confidential?

Yes. I follow the ICF Code of Ethics and the Vibly platform is HIPAA compliant. This is your safe, judgment-free space.

Do I need to commit beyond six sessions?

No. Many clients feel solid after six; others extend for another 4–6 as they integrate bigger changes. Your pace, your call. We'll customize it just for you.
