Healthy living is personal, and I firmly believe there is no single, one-size-fits-all solution for living well.
As humans, we are wired to gravitate toward what feels good. That’s why relying on willpower or feeling like you “should” do something can only take you so far. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT).
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, cooking, traveling, walking, running and doing Pilates.
