I’m Michael Thomas, an Integrative Health Coach based in Pickerington. I coach people who are carrying a lot and want a practical way forward. I’m also the founder and Executive Director of Operation Meraki, where I have spent years serving veterans through peer support, wellness-focused programming, and community connection. That experience shaped how I coach.
