Inspired by the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), this model invites reflection without judgment and supports mutual learning and growth: 1. From me to myself (positive) What did I do well, and why did it matter? 2. From my partner to me (positive) What did you notice that I did well, and how did it make a difference? 3. From me to myself (for growth) What would I do differently next time, and why? 4. From my partner to me (for growth) What could I adjust or strengthen, and how might that be supportive? A simple, mindful structure for giving and receiving feedback with presence, kindness, and curiosity.
