~12 Total Coaching Sessions~ 10 Individual Sessions (45 min each) & 2 Family Sessions (45 min each)-One at the beginning: goal-setting, roles, and structure and one at the end: wrap-up, progress review, and next steps ~Sessions can be used flexibly for the child/teen, parents, or joint combo sessions ~Focus areas may include skill-building, emotional regulation, routine design, communication, and accountability *Sessions do not need to be equally split — we’ll plan a schedule that fits your family's needs.
