"My journey to becoming a health and wellness coach is deeply personal and rooted in my experiences of overcoming health challenges to create a healthier, more balanced life. Years ago, I reached a turning point in my health. I was overwhelmed by chronic pain, poor sleep, brain fog, low energy, and depression—all of which took a significant toll on my physical and mental well-being. Despite seeing multiple doctors, I found no clear answers, only more prescription medications, leaving me feeling lost and unsure of how to move forward. Everything changed when I came across an article about addressing the root causes of health challenges. It was the spark I needed to embark on a long and lonely journey—one that ultimately paid off. I began by making small, intentional changes: improving my nutrition, gradually incorporating movement, and prioritizing better sleep. Along the way, I learned the importance of self-compassion and focusing on progress rather than perfection. These changes didn’t happen overnight, but they transformed my health and completely shifted my perspective on life. Experiencing the power of these transformations inspired me to help others achieve the same. Beyond my credentials and personal health journey, what truly sets me apart is my genuine empathy and belief in the power of meaningful conversations. I understand that every person’s journey is unique, and I am committed to meeting my clients where they are, helping them uncover their strengths and discover their own path to well-being. I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their goals, overcome barriers, and make sustainable changes that lead to a more fulfilling life. When I’m not coaching, I love spending time with my family, serving as a parks commissioner, and finding ways to give back to my community. I enjoy knitting and crocheting, experimenting in the kitchen with healthy and delicious recipes, and spending time outdoors supporting birds and other winged creatures. One of my favorite activities is taking walks with my companion pup, Jax. For me, coaching is not just a profession—it’s a calling. I am deeply honored to walk alongside my clients as they achieve their goals, transform their lives, and embrace a healthier, more balanced future."
