The initial session allows the client and coach to set the stage for a strong partnership. As your coach, I will explain how the coaching process (what I do and do not do as a coach), we will review the coaching agreement (terms, fees, payments, confidentiality), review any information or assessments shared by the client and confirm weekly schedule and session logistics
In the early sessions (2nd/3rd sessions) we will explore your (the client) values, vision, purpose and priorities. This is a great time to explore how you see your current state of health and wellness and what your ideal state looks like.
The routine/ongoing sessions are about connection, reflection, and forward momentum! Together we co-create meaningful actions steps, celebrate the learnings and set the stage for further action items.
The program completion & reflection session is our final meeting on behalf of the program. We discuss, reflect on and celebrate your progress and design a sustainable plan for maintaining momentum. We will explore ongoing support and resources to ensure continued success and in a way that honors the client's health and wellness journey.

Hi, I’m deeply passionate about Health & Wellness, and I’ve been living and breathing it for over 25 years. My journey has been shaped by personal experiences, experimentation, and a relentless desire to understand how our habits impact our bodies, minds, and relationships.
I’ve explored a wide range of wellness practices—from intermittent fasting, the Lemonade diet, Carnivore, and Mediterranean diets to breathwork, meditation, weight training, CrossFit, yoga, and even Tough Mudder challenges. Some of these I still practice today because they continue to bring balance and strength to my life.
My commitment to wellness began at age 13 when I lost my father to lung cancer. He was my biggest supporter, and his passing was the moment I connected lifestyle choices with long-term health outcomes. That loss sparked a lifelong mission: to learn how to prevent illness and promote vitality—for myself and those I love.
Years later, my mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. She was my hero—raising four children, working multiple jobs, and teaching us the value of self-care and compassion. Caring for her during her final years was the hardest chapter of my life, but also the most enlightening. I learned firsthand about the limits of medical care and the power of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and patience.
After her passing, I went through a period of depression. I turned to meditation, hot/cold therapies, and ramped up my fitness routine. The transformation was profound—physically and mentally. I even began researching recovery modalities likesaunas, cryotherapy, and compression therapy, with dreams of opening a wellness center.
Then came another turning point—my son’s struggle through a toxic breakup. I felt helpless until I discovered the Stages of Change model, which helped me coach him through emotional healing. It not only strengthened our relationship but also inspired me to apply the same principles to my own life, including reducing alcohol consumption to only special occasions.
These experiences have shaped my philosophy: wellness is not just about the body—it’s about the mind, the heart, and the relationships we nurture. Today, I’m committed to helping others navigate their own paths to wellness, using empathy, evidence-based strategies, and lived experience.
