The initial session allows the client and coach to set the stage for a strong partnership. As your coach, I will explain how the coaching process (what I do and do not do as a coach), we will review the coaching agreement (terms, fees, payments, confidentiality), review any information or assessments shared by the client and confirm weekly schedule and session logistics
In the early sessions (2nd/3rd sessions) we will explore your (the client) values, vision, purpose and priorities. This is a great time to explore how you see your current state of health and wellness and what your ideal state looks like.
The routine/ongoing sessions are about connection, reflection, and forward momentum! Together we co-create meaningful actions steps, celebrate the learnings and set the stage for further action items.
The program completion & reflection session is our final meeting on behalf of the program. We discuss, reflect on and celebrate your progress and design a sustainable plan for maintaining momentum. We will explore ongoing support and resources to ensure continued success and in a way that honors the client's health and wellness journey.

Hi, I’m David — a lifelong student of Health & Wellness with over 25 years of hands‑on experience exploring what truly helps people feel better, get stronger, and break generational patterns of illness.
My journey didn’t start with discipline or a “healthy lifestyle” badge. It started with confusion, experimentation, and losing both of my parents far too young — an experience that forced me to question why people who follow the “standard American Diet” still get sick. That loss became a turning point and pushed me to rewrite the story for myself, my family, and anyone who feels trapped in patterns they didn’t choose.
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in nearly every corner of wellness: intermittent fasting, Mediterranean eating, carnivore, breathwork, meditation, CrossFit, yoga, strength training, saunas, cold plunges, Tough Mudder — the list goes on. Some practices stuck, others didn’t, but each one taught me something about stress, recovery, resilience, and the narratives we carry.
And here’s what all those years distilled down to:
Wellness isn’t about extremes — it’s about alignment.
It’s science‑backed habits, self‑awareness, and real accountability. It’s building a life that fuels your energy, purpose, and confidence instead of draining them.
Today, I coach people who feel overwhelmed, inconsistent, or unsure where to start — people tired of quick fixes and conflicting advice. My approach blends evidence‑based strategies with lived experience, empathy, and a deep respect for your starting point. Together, we focus on realistic behavior change, sustainable habits, and the mental and emotional foundations of lasting transformation.
