1. Initial Session

<p>The initial session allows the client and coach to set the stage for a strong partnership. As your coach, I will explain how the coaching process (what I do and do not do as a coach), we will review the coaching agreement (terms, fees, payments, confidentiality), review any information or assessments shared by the client and confirm weekly schedule and session logistics</p>

2. Early Sessions

<p>In the early sessions (2nd/3rd sessions) we will explore your (the client) values, vision, purpose and priorities. This is a great time to explore how you see your current state of health and wellness and what your ideal state looks like.</p>

3. Routine/Ongoing Sessions

<p>The routine/ongoing sessions are about connection, reflection, and forward momentum! Together we co-create meaningful actions steps, celebrate the learnings and set the stage for further action items.</p>

4. Program completion & Reflection

<p>The program completion &amp; reflection session is our final meeting on behalf of the program. We discuss, reflect on and celebrate your progress and design a sustainable plan for maintaining momentum. We will explore ongoing support and resources to ensure continued success and in a way that honors the client's health and wellness journey.</p>
