This session is where the client shares their story and their history. A client may bring relevant data to share to inform the coaching conversation.
During the follow-up sessions, we engage in strengths-based works and co-collaborate to create a roadmap with specific goals and measurable benchmarks. Engagements last at least 4 sessions but can be extended based on an individual's goals and needs
