Hi! I’m Noel - a seasoned NBHWC-certified coach, Coach Mentor, and Lead Instructor in NBHWC-approved training programs.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of:

  • Mentoring over 350 aspiring coaches as they transition from classroom to client work
  • Reviewing more than 500 coaching videos, offering detailed, constructive feedback to support their growth.

Because of that, I’ve seen the full spectrum of coaching—from brand-new beginners to confident, skilled coaches. I’ve developed a trained eye for spotting both strengths and growth edges. I’ll meet you where you are and offer feedback that’s practical, encouraging, and immediately useful.

Whether you’re:

  • Just finishing your training
  • Returning after a pause
  • Navigating early coaching challenges

…I’m here to support your growth. I help Health Coaches:

  • Clarify their voice
  • Strengthen their presence
  • Feel grounded as they explore how they want to coach—and where they want to go next.

My passion for coaching doesn’t just come from textbooks. I’ve walked through intense career transitions myself, including the loss of my father and a long fertility journey.

Now, as a former academic/scientist and a working mom balancing career and caregiving, I understand the complexity of showing up with purpose and professionalism while navigating real-life challenges.

If you’re looking for a supportive space to reflect, refine, and reignite your confidence as a coach—I’d love to meet you there.
