Hi, I’m Neela!
I’m a Duke-trained and certified Health & Well-Being Coach, committed to partnering with people who want to create lives that feel balanced, meaningful, and true to who they are.
Like many of my clients, I know what it’s like to navigate big (and small) life transitions—motherhood, relocations, career changes, menopause, becoming an empty nester—all of which can ripple through our sense of self and our well-being.
With these changes came unintended health challenges: unmet fitness goals, inconsistent eating habits, and times when motivation felt out of reach. Through these experiences, I came to understand that familiar tug-of-war we all feel—wanting to make lasting changes, yet slipping back into old patterns that feel safe.
Over time, through reflection, research, and experimentation, I began to see health as an eco-system where each part influences the other in subtle and powerful ways. Nutrition, rest, movement, relationships, environment, and purpose all work together, and when one part is out-of-balance, the whole system feels it!
Real transformation, I discovered, does not come from quick fixes or rigid plans. It’s more like tending a garden: lasting change grows from small, consistent steps that fit into the soil of real life.
That’s what I bring to coaching. Whether you want to clear clutter, create a realistic fitness routine, or shape your life around what truly matters to you, I’ll walk alongside you as a partner in the process.
