2. Understanding Emotions

Help clients identify and understand their emotions, triggers, and patterns of emotional responses. Teach tools for self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.

3. Skill Development and Strategies

Teach techniques for increasing self-awareness, such as mindfulness practices, journaling, and reflective exercises. Provide strategies for managing and regulating emotions. Introduce resilience-building practices.

4. Enhancing Relationships
