I grew up playing sports, staying active, and not thinking much about food or my body. I could work out hard, eat whatever I wanted, and everything felt simple. As I got older and became a mom, that changed. My body started responding differently to both exercise and nutrition, and I had to relearn what taking care of myself actually looked like in this season of life.
Around the same time, one of my daughters was dealing with ongoing health concerns when she was young. We spent years visiting specialists and searching for answers, often without clear direction. That experience pushed me to dig deeper and take a more holistic approach to health—focusing on movement, nutrition, stress, and daily habits. Small, consistent lifestyle changes made a meaningful difference, and I saw firsthand how powerful prevention and behavior change can be.
While pursuing the path to become a Registered Dietitian, I realized I didn’t want to be on the end of the journey where it already felt too late. I wanted to work on the preventable side—helping people build habits before things spiral. That’s what led me to become a certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’ve been a group fitness instructor since 2014 and completed extensive college coursework in nutrition, anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, psychology, and more.
Today, I support women with a realistic, compassionate approach to movement and nutrition—one that fits real life and helps you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident over time.

Health coaching is a collaborative, supportive partnership. I help you build sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, and lifestyle—not prescribe meal plans or medical advice. The focus is on behavior change that fits your real life.
Sessions are conversation-based and client-led. We’ll talk through what’s working, what feels challenging, and where you’d like to go. Together, we’ll set small, achievable goals and adjust as you grow.
Sessions are 30 minutes. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and schedule.
