How long is the coaching program?

The program is structured over six weeks, including a Discovery Session and five additional coaching sessions. Each session is designed to build on the previous one, ensuring continuous growth and development. We understand that personal growth and skill development is an ongoing journey, and some clients may benefit from additional support beyond the initial six-week program.

How are the sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or office. Sessions are typically held via video conferencing platforms, and you’ll receive any necessary materials and resources via email.

What if I miss a session?

It’s important to attend all scheduled sessions to maximize the benefits of the program. However, if you need to reschedule, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an alternative time. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

Is the coaching program refundable?

The fees for the coaching program are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure commitment to the process and to maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship. Exceptions may be considered under extreme circumstances, at the discretion of Valiant Minds Coaching & Consulting, LLC where my program is based.
